Hi Kevin, Writing to say how pleased I am with the service and systems you and your team provided.
As a novice on electrical work, generators and related you and your team not only took the time to explain what's best given my needs/ desires but you followed with friendly and efficient installation.
The project completed on time as scheduled , on budget, and your people went above and beyond my expectations ...even pointing out and correcting a deficiency in my air conditioning / heating system...something I would never been aware of but that now I am glad us corrected.

Thanks, Kevin, I am VERY HAPPY with the system so far. I can see where another unit in the far room will be even better. The technicians (I think that is what you refer to them as) were really great, I appreciated their expertise, they answered ALL my questions, and they must have explained things to my tenant because she knew that the unit would both heat and air condition. She also is VERY HAPPY. They were very good her, she told me.
I just wanted to say thank you for sending Nicole and her apprentice (I forgot his name but he did an excellent job) out to save the day this morning! Appliance World couldn't be bothered to come out here to Lyndhurst, but you guys did and I appreciate it 100%!
